Finally an electric that looks like a Mercedes

True to its reputation for technical excellence, Mercedes has left nothing to chance in creating its first 100% electric sedans. Thanks to the excellent energy management, as well as the first-class aerodynamic work, the EQS, in particular, boasts one of the best freedoms on the market. But in fact, this appearance of pebbles on the wheels was not very attractive, and the model is often criticized for being “ordinary”, and especially for not looking like a Mercedes. A star on the tip of the hat

With this updated version, it didn’t take much time to confirm the car’s identity: chrome bars on the closed false grille, and a real star protruding from the tip of the hood. Suddenly, in fact, this becomes a Mercedes again. This is only a step, as the manufacturer has already confirmed that this model will be discontinued for future generations. On the technical side, we see that Mercedes takes a new 118 kWh battery (instead of 108), which increases the range by 82 km, or a total WLTP of 683 to 822 km depending on the version. Finally, the towing capacity increases from 750 kg to 1,700 kg.
