DS 7 Crossback is now DS 7. In the series – a new version of 360 horsepower

The facelifted DS 7 Crossback is now called DS 7 only. However, it has a new top version with 360 HP, a new look and improved multimedia.

DS was first a brand that produced the best versions of Citroens with different badges. The first sign of his evolution was appearance in 2017 of DS 7 Crossback SUV, which was not available as Citroen.

This large car, with a length of almost 4.6 meters, turned out to be an important model for DS and is currently the best-selling DS car in Europe (both according to data from last year and 4 months of this year).

Five years after its debut, it was time to modernize the DS 7 Crossback. It is clear, although there is certainly no real change of success.

The front has changed a lot – it’s basically completely different than before. New are LED matrix lights, daytime running lights, grill and bumper. At the rear, the combination lights have been redesigned (now joined by a black strap with DS Automobiles lettering) and the trunk lid.

New leather upholstery was used in the cabin, but most of the changes concerned the electronics. The multimedia system with a modified, configurable interface is completely new. The DS ensures that the improved 12-inch screen is fast and responsive to the touch. Also new is the 12-inch cockpit.

It appears in the column new version of the flag. It is a plug-in hybrid whose engines (petrol and two electric) produce a total of 360 HP. and enable acceleration from 0 to 100 km/h in 5.6 seconds. It also has a ceiling suspension with 15 mm, tracked wheel, larger and more efficient brakes and 21-inch rims.

All the plugin combinations mentioned are extended traction batteries with a capacity of 14.2 kWh.
