Lexus UX is updated with the new year, from all points of view. The UX 250h model has been replaced by the new UX 300h, which is still powered by a 2-litre inline four-cylinder petrol unit, but with a battery-powered rear motor fitted to a larger 5.6-litre four-wheel-drive e-Four system. more powerful than the previous one, which goes from 7 HP to 41 HP. The electric front-wheel drive UX 300e, however, gets a 72.8 lithium ion battery, instead of the previous 54.3 kWh, and boasts a DC charging time from 0% to 80 reduced from 80 to 60 minutes.
Moreover, thanks to the updates introduced last year, the range has increased by more than 40%, reaching 450 km.
In terms of comfort and safety, we feature the possibility of having a new 12.3-inch digital display on request, on all UX models; while the 8-inch multimedia touchscreen has also been updated. In addition, the steering wheel has been modified to integrate a Driver Monitor camera that constantly monitors the driver’s attention and, in the event of an emergency, activates the Driver’s Emergency Stop, bringing the vehicle to a controlled stop and activating the emergency lights. .
