Jennie Kim, known as Jennie Ruby Jane or simply JENNIE, is a popular singer from South Korea. The 26-year-old girl is from the girl group BLACKPINK. With the Sonderwunsch initiative, Korea has created its dream car in collaboration with Porsche. This is the Taycan 4S Cross Turismo.

Jennie Kim won the hearts of many fans not only as a band member, but as a solo artist. He is one of the most famous singers in the world. It recently created an exclusive Taycan 4S Cross Turismo that was released by the Korean division of Porsche – an event that coincided with the start of Jennie Blackpink’s World Tour in Seoul.

Why did the influencer choose this particular style? In 2021, Porsche delivered 8,425 cars in South Korea – 7% more than the previous year. One of the driving forces behind this success was the Taycan, which was introduced there at the end of 2020. With 1,288 units produced in 2021, Porsche’s electric sports car has already risen to second place in the list of most popular models behind first Cayenne (3,480 units).

How did Jenny’s dream car come about? Well, thanks to Porsche Exclusive Manufaktur, as well as Porsche Classic, you can renew or improve the model of your car, and in the Sonderwunsch program (known from the late 1970s), which was used by the influential, you can create a unique model. The car can have a unique body color, as well as special materials in the interior.

Experts from the Sonderwunsch team from Porsche Exclusive Manufaktur and the design department of Porsche Cinema held a workshop for several hours with the artist, during which they agreed on all his details. Porsche Taycana 4S Cross Turismo.

“It was amazing to be able to work so hard on my personal Porsche,” admitted JENNIE. “I am proud that we have been able to create a cloud image. I spend a lot of time traveling around the world, and the sky and the clouds are my travelers and a good symbol of this unique experience. That is why I feel very connected to them and I am eager to photograph them.”

Meissenblue accents inside and out
The exterior of the unique Porsche Taycan Cross Turismo is eye-catching. The 21-inch Exclusive Design rims are painted Meissenblue from Color to Sample, in contrast to the black metallic. The same blue tone is used to put the ‘electric’ text on the doors, the symbolic design on the rear and cloud marks on the B-pillars. The singer’s nickname – “NiNi”. As requested by Jennie, the typography from the current generation Porsche 911 (type 992) was used. Projections in the front doors keep clouds on the road next to the car when it is opened. The artist’s name and the inscription “Sonderwunsch” appear on the wheel hub caps.

The black metallic version is called “Taycan 4S Cross Turismo for Jennie Ruby Jane”.

The seats and the upper part of the dashboard are done in Crayon color. A special shade of Meissenblue is used to finish the decorative elements of the door panels, vents and cup holders and the steering wheel ring at 12.00. And here there is also a cloud theme, which in the version created by the singer decorates the heads of the armchairs. That personal touch can be found in a special car cover, designed for use in covered spaces.
