Dual fuel engine on base

The third Duster was developed from scratch on the common CMF-B platform, looks modern, has a more spacious interior compared to its predecessor and uses new technologies. The car has retained its universal character and the skill of its use has reached a high level. The base 3-cylinder 1.0 TCe Eco-G petrol engine develops 100 HP and 170 Nm and works with a factory-installed LPG gas installation. Acceleration time from 0 to 100 km / h is 14 seconds on gasoline (13.2 seconds on LPG), and the top speed is more than 160 km / h.

The drive of the TCE 130, based on a 1.2-liter 3-cylinder gasoline engine, is first-rate electric. The 48V Mild Hybrid system is combined with a 6-speed manual gearbox. Drive goes to the front axle as standard, and optionally to all four wheels. In the case of the front-wheel drive, the car reaches 100 km / h in 9.9 seconds, and in the 4×4 version the time is increased to 11 seconds. In both cases, the maximum speed is 174 km / h.

The Duster Hybrid 140 uses a standard 1.6 liter 4-cylinder engine along with an electric motor and a 1.2 kWh lithium-ion battery. Another electric motor is used as a generator and starter. This design produces a total power of 140 HP and 148 Nm and is connected to a unique gearbox without a conventional clutch. Renewable energy makes it possible to run the city mainly in electric mode. The car reaches 100 km/h in 10 seconds and accelerates to 160 km/h.

Four versions of the equipment

The new range of Duster includes four equipment versions: Essential, Expression, Extreme and Journey. The Essential Edition includes: manual air conditioning, electric front windows, driver’s seat height adjustment, cruise control, rear parking sensors, Media Control System (radio, Bluetooth connection, 4 speakers, one USB port -C).
