Now in fact: The concept of Chrysler air flow to CES

In January 2020 Chrysler showed the first drawings of the ‘Vision of Air Flow’. The electric concept car was supposed to perform for the first time at the Consumer Electronics Exhibition (CES) that year, but unfortunately the ceremony, like almost all parties since then, was canceled. CES was held in 2021, but digitally. We heard nothing about Airflow there, but last summer a strange EV suddenly happened in Chrysler. The Americans did not name the animal, but everything indicates that this is the Airflow that Chrysler wants to show in January, during CES 2022.

In a new press release, Stellantis announces that he hopes to have a bigger presence at CES. The company promises that the Chrysler Airflow Concept will do its first job. The accompanying pictures also clearly show the car, which is very similar to the one we saw in July. It is true that the same animation shows the old model of the Fiat 500, so the question is how accurate this image is. We also expect EV ready for production or almost ready for production. The Chrysler electric car is expected to land on the Stellaantis’STLA Large platform, a base designed specifically for large EVs.

By the way, the name ‘Airflow’ does not come from the blue color, but comes from the ‘simplistic structure’ that Chrysler threatened customers with in the 1930s. Fresh air is a clean, future-oriented approach, but it does not seem to be that daunting.

Chrysler is not the only Stellantis brand in CES. The Jeep also exists, especially with many 4Xe hybrid designs. Fiat is showing off its latest 500 and even Citroën, which is not on the American market, is coming to CES. The brand reflects, among other things, the small Ami, which is equally available in the countries around us. The car is also supposed to be around America.
