Star chef Jermain de Rozario will open a new fast food restaurant in Eindhoven in March this year, which will be called Lotus by Jermain. A street food business is opening in Strijp-S, in one of the old Philips factories in the city. A new food hall will open there soon. “It will be part of training for talented young people,” he tells Misset Horeca.

De Rozario has big plans for a new food court in Eindhoven, where a total of… nine entrepreneurs to start. “You can have a quick meal, but you can also spend the day,” says De Rozario. ‘You can eat rendang croquette or bao bun, but we will also work with fresh fish. They learn how to run the business themselves. The taste in a new restaurant comes from me.’
