The 13.1-mile trek will commence at 7:30 a.m. Eastern Time on Sunday, March 15, as runners depart from the Brooklyn Museum and make their way toward Central Park. The race will traverse the iconic Brooklyn and Manhattan Bridges, and spectators can anticipate an exciting finish line on Central Park West.
Those hoping to watch the action unfold can tune into the live stream available on the New York Road Runners website. Coverage is expected to begin at 8 a.m. Eastern Time and will include the professional races and select waves of the open division. The broadcast will also feature a “virtual finish line” experience, allowing viewers to virtually high-five and congratulate the finishers.
Viewers will also be able to follow along with the race in real-time, as the live stream will include a leaderboard that will update every 5K. Additionally, viewers can access the interactive course map, which will offer a detailed look at the runners’ progress throughout the race.
