Technology and creativity, a combination that is increasingly in the center of attention. A discussion that goes through the very current debate on the effects of artificial intelligence and goes beyond it by looking at the changes and opportunities opened up for the creative and cultural industries and professions.

CTE Napoli Infiniti Mondi contributes to the creation of an ecosystem open to innovation in the Metropolitan City of Naples: among its objectives is the improvement and localization of skills capable of promoting innovation and supporting the needs of professions, current and future, and the entrepreneurial sector . and the world of research linked to the world of cultural and creative industries.
The aim is to provide professionals in the sector with the skills needed to design, develop and manage digital experiences in cultural and creative contexts, enhancing gaming/gaming, AR/VR/XR and WEB3 technologies and techniques.
Among the recent plans made by Infiniti Mondi, there are the COMPETENCE TECH TRANSFER program, a cycle of courses offered for the transfer of technology skills free of charge for SMEs and Start-ups. The program will be presented online on March 26, 2024where all the activities of “Infiniti Mondi: Efficient Transfer of TECH” and it will be possible to communicate with an ecosystem of professionals and businesses that can create value from digital assets.


The resulting figures of inspiration are:

Creative Manager: combines management skills (management, design, analysis, marketing) with more general digital skills to find multidisciplinary solutions in situations where it is necessary to combine artistic creativity with technical and scientific aspects. It deals with the development of the business/strategic vision of digital and multimedia projects for the creative and cultural industries, capable of designing even customized and customized solutions for different objectives, application sectors and context of use, following a standardized work pipeline. which goes from the definition of R&D and/or marketing objectives, to evaluating the social and economic impact of the same solutions on the target audience and on the market.

Multimedia Connector: develops technical IT skills in the management of multimedia solutions based on gaming techniques with special attention to graphics and design, applied to contexts such as education, art, culture, tourism, industry entertainment. These two academic figures also have implications for various industrial sectors, where the participation and influence of user/consumer behavior is important, including for example tourism and hospitality.

The course catalog is designed in such a way as to develop one or more skills related to these academic figures, which should only be considered as examples. The combination of the technology transfer proposal includes basic and advanced courses, where companies can choose different areas of interest for their needs to develop new skills and knowledge.

The subject areas or “modules” of the course are:

– DIGITAL BUSINESS: it offers the possibility to explore the competitive advantages offered by digital transformation to enable new business models. In particular, it offers an understanding of innovation models and strategies, new business methods based on digital innovation, methods of creating relationships based on data exchange with other companies and the adoption of circular economy models.
Particular attention is paid to the application of digital strategies and business models in the context of cultural and creative industries. ·

DIGITAL TECHNOLOGIES: offers the opportunity to increase awareness of the potential offered by specific digital technologies, aimed at promoting the improvement of products, processes and services. In particular, you have the opportunity to explore the operational dynamics of IoT systems, augmented and virtual reality, blockchains, digital twins, the metaverse, and cyber security systems. A specific focus is given to the application to the cultural and creative industries of some digital technologies that make it possible to meet the growing need for user/user engagement and motivation.

WORLD OF DATA: offers the opportunity to learn how to analyze, visualize and use data to make better decisions and create process efficiency and value for business. In particular, we can understand the opportunities offered by data processing thanks to artificial intelligence and machine learning, and by better visualization and data storytelling for marketing and communication purposes. A specific focus is given to the application of data integrity techniques to the cultural and creative industries.

METHODS: offers the possibility to acquire new skills and methods of working and collaboration suitable for the digital context. In particular, you can learn about and experiment with traditional and traditional project management methods, and methods for designing useful services and experiences for customers while keeping usability and accessibility requirements in mind. A specific focus is given to the application of project management, storytelling and drama techniques to the cultural and creative industries.
