Not this car, but one part of it costs 365,000 euros

You can buy a lot of nice cars for 350,000 euros. Still, it’s not enough for Koenigsegg. In fact, that amount is not enough to even look at this one option Koenigsegg Gemera.

The Koenigsegg Gemera is a super-expensive, four-seater that first appeared on the scene in 2020. It was previously rumored that the Gemera would be offered with a 2.0-liter three-cylinder. It’s not the kind of engine you’d expect in a super sports car. So the car gets a good boost from the powerful 800 hp engine Dark Matterelectric motor, as Koenigsegg calls it, bringing the combined power to more than 1,400 hp.

More than 2,300 hp in the Koenigsegg Gemera

Somewhat unexpectedly, the Swedish automaker now says that there will be another engine option. In addition to the three-cylinder, the brand will also offer a twin 5.0-liter V8 in the Koenigsegg Gemera. This engine block is still supported by an electric motor, which increases the power of the system to an incredible 2,330 hp and 2,750 Nm of torque. That’s more than this all-purpose hypercar and even more than double the new Ferrari SF90 XX.

This update comes with a price tag: around 365,000 euros. Swallow! Now you are probably wondering what the total price of the Koenigsegg Gemera is. Although the exact prices are unknown, it seems that the V8 variant will go up to 2 million euros.

400 kilometers per hour

The Swedes plan to build about 300 units, and although the first examples have not yet been delivered, surprisingly there is already a car on sale. For many, the car will be over the budget. If you still have about 13 of Mark Rutte’s annual salary lying around in the old socks, then this Koenigsegg Gemera could be a good family car. It is the only car in the world in which you can sit comfortably with four people while driving at 400 kilometers per hour.
