Want a new 7-seater luxury SUV from DS Automobiles in 2 years? DS 9 Crossback is coming

DS Automobiles is the first brand of the Stelllantis group, specializing in the production of luxury cars in which great attention is paid to the design and quality of the materials used. Although the brand was founded a few years ago, it can already boast of great sales success in Europe. The biggest hit is the DS7 Crossback, a comfortable designer SUV, offered, among others, by a 300-horsepower hybrid car. When will we see a new model?

In addition to the DS 7, the DS Automobilles brand also offers the DS 3 Crossback – an urban crossover, available in combustion and electric versions, the DS 4 and DS 4 Cross – a compact crossover, and the DS 9 – a designer limousine. Now a new model is joining this family, probably called DS 9 Crossback. It will be a large SUV, with 7 seats.

It will be built on the STLA Grand platform of the Stellantis group. Advanced design and premium finishing materials will be complemented by the latest technology, including an advanced autonomous driving assistance system.

The DS 9 Crossback will be available in variants from 200 to 450 HP, with two or four wheel drive. It will probably be a 100% electric car, although a plug-in hybrid is also being considered – it all depends on the state of the car market for next year. The battery with a maximum capacity of 118 kWh should allow you to travel more than 700 kilometers on a single charge.

The price of the new car is not yet known. Based on the current prices of DS Automobiles models, you can expect an amount of around PLN 250,000.
