SEGA shares new details on Phantasy Star Online 2: New Genesis’ Koei Tecmo and Code Geass collabs

In March, SEGA revealed that Phantasy Star Online 2: New Genesis would be getting Koei Tecmo crossover content. The merger will see Phantasy Star Online 2: New Genesis gain Atelier series content, and is expected to arrive on May 15, 2024. Today we get a detailed look at that content, along with other news.

Next month, Fantasy Star Online 2: New Genesis will see the addition of Reisalin “Ryza” Stout, Klaudia Valentz, and Bos Brunnen from Atelier Ryza 3, as well as Marlone (aka Marie) from the 2023 remake of Atelier Marie. This content will be released through the “Atelier Style” scratch ticket, and includes hairstyles, accessories, clothing and weapon camos.

Along with this, a new set of login bonuses are also on the way on May 15, 2024. This will allow players to earn losses from Ryza, Klaudia and Bos by logging in every day. Best of all, these discounts are available to all, even those who aren’t itching to cash in on Atelier Style scratch tickets.

Along with the above collaboration, separate content from Code Geass: Lelouch of the Rebellion R2 is also in the works. This content is based on the Code Geass characters Lelouch, CC, Kallen, and Suzaku, and will arrive sometime in June 2024. The scratch tickets here will give you avatar parts for accessories and clothing, including a sound set featuring Lelouch and his Japanese. voice actor Jun Fukuyama.
