Unfortunately, there was a problem: many people forgot to change their addresses in various institutions: banks, mobile network operators, ZUS, gas companies, etc. Communications sent by them are still handled in the old way, without the new street names and with the old number. This creates great confusion for Poczta Polska, which has threatened not to deliver such letters. The Polish Post even sent a letter to the Wadowice Municipal Office about this issue.

According to the information given by the head of UP Wadowice, since the establishment of streets in these cities, there is a problem of determining some addresses due to incorrect addresses shown on the packages. We emphasize that the responsibility to inform senders of a change of address rests with the addressee he informed Slawomir Michon, deputy Regional director of the Polish Postal Network in Krakow.
