The Nissan driver hit oncoming traffic while turning

An accident involving two injured people happened on Friday afternoon (April 19) in Trostberg on the B299 road at the junction with the St2091 road towards Peterskirchen.

Trostberg – According to previous reports, that was Nissan driver on the way coming from the side of Altenmarkt. At Schwarzer Berg on the B299 he wanted to turn left onto the St2091 towards Peterskirchen.

On the way to that turn, he drove more and more slowly to the left then hit an oncoming Opel, who could no longer avoid it. This was rotated around its own axis. Both drivers were slightly injured in the accident.

To die Trostberg Fire Department was dispatched with 20 emergency services and three vehicles to direct traffic and clear the road. The The B299 was temporarily closedbefore the traffic is diverted one way past the accident site. The BRK was on site with two ambulances and an emergency medical vehicle.
