A 58-year-old BMW driver who was identified by Ludwigsburg Traffic Police Inspection officers at 6:50 a.m. Friday morning must expect to be reported as a traffic accident on the road. First, the man was on the federal highway 81 from Heilbronn to Stuttgart. He illegally passed two cars on the right between the intersection of Stuttgart-Feuerbach and the triangle of Leonberg road. His journey then continued from the Autobahn triangle to the intersection of Stuttgart Autobahn and then towards Singen. On the road between the intersection of Stuttgart Road and the intersection of Hildrizhausen, the 58-year-old was much lower than the distance of the car in front of him and sometimes even exceeded the top speed. He was so late responding to a left-handed block by the road maintenance department that he had to cut between two cars driving one behind the other, despite the corresponding traffic sign. The car in the back had to brake faster. The driver of the BMW almost hit the barrier. The officers, who were driving a specially equipped vehicle as part of a planned traffic inspection, were able to record the violation by recording a video. The 58-year-old, who has no permanent residence in Germany, was forced to place a 2,500-euro security deposit on the orders of the Stuttgart public prosecutor’s office. Investigations are ongoing.
