Audi spins: traffic accident on the WUG 1 district road near Dornhausen

– An Audi slides into a ditch, overturns and remains on its roof: carelessness caused a traffic accident on the WUG 1 district road near Dornhausen.

On Friday morning a traffic accident occurred on the WUG 1 district road at the intersection towards Wachstein. The car ended up in a ditch, rolled over and ended up on its roof.

According to the Gunzenhausen police, an 18-year-old from Wachstein wanted to turn onto the district road in his Peugeot. He ignored a woman driving her Audi on the district road towards Dornhausen and had the right of way.

Violating the right of way

Two cars collided. The impact caused the Audi to land in a ditch, overturn and remain on its roof, said an officer from the Gunzenhausen police station.

The driver was able to free himself from the vehicle. He was taken to hospital with minor injuries. The 18-year-old was shocked. When the accident was recorded, the county road was accessible only one way.
