Polestar wants to improve the shopping experience of its customers and has launched a new payment service “Home Delivery“It’s available starting today 7 June. As we know, Polestars can be purchased online. Now, the automaker wants to offer more opportunities to its customers, offering them home delivery of the car purchased. With this new service, Polestar intends to further improve the customer.
Thus, the car can be ordered online, choosing the place of delivery. At the end of the enrollment process it will be possible to choose the desired delivery date from the two options proposed by the system. Alternatively, it will also be possible to request a specific date. A car, like the Polestar 2, will arrive accompanied by a Polestar expert who will show the customer all the available functions and will provide assistance in carrying out the initial configuration of the infotainment and software.
It should be noted that Polestar Expert will be given a car. This way it will be a point of reference for the customer in case of problems. The automaker ensures that the vehicle will arrive with at least 45% of the battery remaining.
The automaker adds that, for now, the Polestar Home Delivery service is available available to customers living within 300 kilometers of the Transfer Center. Until now, Sicily, Calabria, Sardinia, Puglia and Basilicata are not included in Italy. Home delivery includes a cost 399 euros. Additionally, Polestar Home Delivery is not available in the case of purchase via rental formula.
For those who cannot use the Home Delivery service, Polestar offers the possibility to pick up the car in person at one of the six Polestar Delivery Points in Italy. In addition, Italian customers will be able to count on 65 Polestar Service Points, which provide collection and delivery of the vehicle at home during assistance interventions.
