Goodyear Eagle F1 SuperSport R and RS selected by Porsche for the 911 GT3 RS

Goodyear has announced that it will continue to collaborate with Porsche, thanks to the integration of the Eagle F1 SuperSport R and SuperSport RS, the two most performance-oriented tires in Goodyear’s UUHP portfolio, on the 911 GT3 RS.

Pushing the performance limits of a fully certified road tire, Goodyear has developed a range of tires for the Porsche 911 GT3 RS. Unique high friction compound SuperSport RS it offers an improved, track-oriented experience in dry conditions, while better cornering stability is achieved by bridges in the inner part of the tread pattern, optimizing the tire footprint for more consistent pressure distribution.

At the same time,Eagle F1 SuperSport R it is a very high performance tire with a high possibility of being used on the road. As with the SuperSport RS, performance is the focus of the F1 SuperSport R and this possibility gives Porsche 911 GT3 RS buyers the possibility to choose the most suitable tire according to their driving habits.
