28 golfers from the United States, Mexico, Taiwan, Korea, Australia, Sweden, Switzerland and Germany will remember their rounds on the Old Course in excellent condition – a unique opportunity and the dream of every golf fan around the world. Each member benefited from a local caddy, who provided valuable tips on game strategy and the special features of the Old Course on the 18 holes.

At the start of this unique round in front of the historic backdrop of the Royal and Ancient Saint Andrews Golf Club, the nervousness of everyone involved was evident. “It’s a dream that is finally coming true,” enthused Karen Schmidt of Mexico. “I had tears in my eyes after the first hit, it was huge. What a gift to be able to enjoy this amazing day.”

The day before, members of the Porsche Golf Circuit got to know the classic features of golf at Kingsbarns Golf Links, whose fairways weave spectacularly through the dune landscape of the stunning North Sea coast in wind and light rain. ongoing. “It was a fantastic event overall,” said Australia’s Craig Coghlan. “It’s very special, unforgettable.”

In addition to the great times of fun on the wonderful golf courses, there were good hours together in a good atmosphere in the community. The trip to Saint Andrews marked a great conclusion to an eventful year for the Porsche Golf Circuit. In February we went to Levi, Finland, where participants learned how to drive in snow and ice at the Porsche Ice Show and were able to experience a 25-degree round of golf on a snow-covered golf course in Levi. At the beginning of June, the Porsche Golf Circuit invited its members to Hamburg to gain a special insight into the world of professional golf at the Porsche European Open and play alongside other world-class golfers. Also in June, the community stopped at the premiere of the one-day Porsche Golf Circuit Festival in Mallorca and celebrated their passion for Porsche and golf at the Club de Golf Alcanada, as well as the summer “Porsche Way” – and golf and music tournaments #Live Actions, drinks, unique and wonderful sales #BBQ overlooking the Mediterranean Sea and the famous Alcanada Lighthouse.
