Rendez-vous Live Dacia is a new service that the brand is introducing in its showrooms. Through the camera, you will be able to carefully inspect the car and ask the seller about all the details before the cars appear in the showrooms.

Dacia expects increased interest in its new model. To improve service and at the same time increase customer convenience, it is introducing the Rendez-vous Live Dacia service in its showrooms. Initially, it will be available in France and includes delivery of the vehicle by qualified personnel via the web. The meeting is scheduled for a specific time.

“Unlike films or virtual 3D presentations, here we are dealing with a real car and a person who is talking live from the TV studio, answering questions and presenting the features of the new Duster. Everything is done using professional equipment and real cars to ensure the best customer experience,” says Sylvain Coursimalt, branding director of the Dacia brand in France. “This way, before the Dusters hit the showrooms, we can present the new model in detail and answer important questions.”

The service is provided from Monday to Sunday (excluding Friday) from 10.30 to 14.00 and from 15.00 to 20.30. It can now be ordered in France on the website Dacia.fr.
