Is the Bugatti Chiron Super Sport faster than the Space Shuttle on the runway?

You’ll probably recognize it: when you launch a spacecraft worth millions, if not billions, of euros into space, it’s good if the object can return to Earth in one piece. Just ask Elon Musk. NASA thought the same thing a while ago. Before that, astronauts from the United States built the Shuttle Landing Station at the Kennedy Space Center in Florida.

To land the Space Shuttle safely, a tarmac section of over 4.5 km was laid down. When the object returned to Earth in a soft landing, it came flying at a speed of 200 miles per hour. Nowadays the Aviation is retired, but the runway is still there. That’s why we’re bringing one of the world’s fastest cars to the Space Shuttle’s home: the Bugatti Chiron Super Sport.

In the name of science, we are trying to tap the high speed of Chiron in this special place. In addition, we stop the criticism that the Space Shuttle and Chiron have to endure. Bad language claims that the two machines are useless and cost too much money. Is that fair? You will find out in the video below.
