Renault has won the Grand Auto World Show for the third time in five years. This year, for the 19th time in a row, Auto Świat conducted a study on the quality of customer service based on showroom layout, customer service and test drive.
This year, the Great Showroom Test covered 17 popular brands and 7 premium brands on the Polish market. It happened for the nineteenth time. 345 showrooms representing a total of 24 car brands were surveyed. As many as 20 stores received the highest score, 100%. Half of the surveyed salons performed very well, which proves that the level of customer service in Poland is constantly growing.

Research as part of the Great Showroom Trial is conducted using a secret store method, anonymously. A group of testers is properly trained and visits individual sellers, evaluating several parameters in three categories:
- Showroom organization,
- customer service,
- Test drive
They are checked, among others, the availability of test vehicles, the completeness of the answers, the proposal to sell additional services, cleanliness, clothing and many other parameters that affect the perception of the showroom and the effectiveness of the sales process. 30% of the stores of a certain brand are selected by vote for the study, but not less than ten. The research company Mind & Roses is the partner of the project.

In the study, the highest result was achieved by Renault, which was the winner of the Auto Świat 2022 Grand Salon Test. Congratulations! Renault takes its showrooms very seriously – the company insists that brand perception and sales volume depend on dealers and showrooms.
