Who said you can’t be a big fan of classic cars, but also a fierce conservationist of nature? Definitely not Jason Momoa. The actor who plays Aquaman or even Khal Drogo in Games of Thrones confirmed that recently.

Indeed, in his garage, the American has an impressive collection of cars. Among all his cars, one of them even stands out because of its rarity and its historical side: the Rolls-Royce Phantom II from 1929.

But as you can imagine, a car from this era is equipped with a petrol engine. Well, that was before Jason Momoa, backed by British company Electrogenic, came along to put in his two cents.

Internal changes

If the bodywork hasn’t changed an inch, it’s even been spruced up, that can’t be said about the engine.

At the time, the Rolls Royce Phantom II was powered by a 7.7 liter straight-six engine producing between 40 and 50 horsepower.

Now, things are very different with its new 150 kWh electric motor.

Other modifications have also been made, especially to the braking system for greater driving comfort, but always in style of course!

Jason Momoa is a true fan of cars from the new version of Fast and Furious. But that doesn’t stop him from being a great environmentalist either. Evidence.
