Rolls-Royce registers the biggest sales in its history in 2022

The numbers provided by Rolls-Royce Motor Cars, whose sales are mainly in the United States, China and Europe, are different from the rest of the car market, which is still struggling to recover from the crisis and is facing a global shortage of semiconductors. , which interferes with production.

As a result, sales of new cars in the UK, for example, fell to the lowest level in 30 years in 2022, despite the increase in temperature registered at the end of the year, according to information from SMMT, the industry association.

But, like other luxury products, such as Bentley and bugattiRolls-Royce had already recorded sales in 2021 as well.

In another example of the power of the luxury car segment, the Lamborghini announced in August that it had already secured the sale of all its production by the beginning of 2024.

Rolls-Royce, founded at the beginning of the 20th century and bought by BMW in 1998, is also preparing to launch the Spectre, its first ever. electricity, with the first delivery scheduled for the fourth quarter of this year.
