The Spring model, introduced in 2021, has sold more than 140,000 units since its debut in Europe. 2023 was a record year. The brand sold 61,803 vehicles worldwide – 26.4% more compared to 2022. The Spring is the third best-selling electric vehicle on the consumer market in Europe and certainly contributes to the popularity of electric vehicles.

The Dacia Spring model is in line with the brand’s new model launched with the new generation of the Duster model.. A strong and expressive style that makes Dacia Spring more attractive than ever. Both the redesigned interior and the exterior have been dramatically changed, with only the roof retained from the previous version of this model.

The new Dacia Spring is available in 6 body colorsincluding the unique shades of Safari Beige and Brick Red.

The system Media Control, fitted as standard on the Key and Show versions, is a multimedia system operated via buttons on the steering wheel and a display of multimedia and phone information on the digital instrument cluster screen. It also includes two speakers, a Bluetooth connector and a USB port.

Media Nav Live System, installed as standard in the Extreme equipment version or as an option in the Expression version, has a large central 10-inch touch screen with a built-in satellite navigation package and Internet access (8 years of free subscription), incl. real-time and systematically updated European traffic information map. In addition, it enables wireless operation of Apple CarPlay and Android Auto applications. The Media Nav Live system is supplied with two USB-C ports.

The new Dacia Spring also gets a lot of driving assistance systems, allowing to meet the latest safety standards: active braking system (urban/urban situation with car, pedestrians, cyclists and motorbikes), road sign recognition system with overspeed warning, assistance rear parking assist, emergency brake warning, lane departure warning. care assistant, driver alert monitoring system and emergency call (eCall). To make life easier for its customers, Dacia has introduced the smart “My Safety” button, which allows drivers to quickly access their favorite settings for driving assistance systems.

The 65 HP/48 kW unit provides acceleration to 100 km/h in less than 14 seconds. Even more affordable and fully adapted for city use, the new Dacia Spring with a 45 HP engine is available in the essential equipment version (acceleration from 0 to 100 km/h in less than 20 seconds).

Weighing 984 kg in the High Reduction range, the new Dacia Spring is the only 100% electric car in Europe weighing less than one tonne. Compared to the previous version, the weight of the same level of equipment has increased by only 6 kg (or 0.6%), despite the many driving assistance systems required by applicable regulations, as well as improved finishing and equipment fitted as standard. Such low weight combined with the high efficiency of the new Spring’s drive unit translates into low energy consumption, below 14.6 kWh/100 km, reducing running costs..
