Smart Park is implementing the plan established for 2022


Less than three months after opening a shopping center in Mława, the Smart Park Group completed an investment in Działdowo, providing the Polish commercial real estate market with a total of approximately 5,000 m² of state-of-the-art retail space.

In the second half of September this year, the Smart Park Group completed the construction of a facility in Działdowo, thus achieving the investment goals set for 2022. The project in Działdowo includes a free-standing retail and service building located at the intersection of ul. Olsztyńska, ul. Nidzicka and ul. Świerkowa, near Olsztyńska Business Park. The European chain of Pepco stores, offering clothes for the whole family and home goods at low prices, has become the tenant of the space.

As part of the Smart Park shopping center in Mława, July 13 this year. Castorama Smart DIY store was launched. The opening of new stores, including Katia, a pet store and a convenience store, will take place in the fourth quarter of this year. Smart Park Mława’s convenient location gives local residents easy access by car, and the proximity of the train station and bus station adds to the station’s impact.

– We have implemented the assumed investment plans for 2022, and in recent months, we have obtained permits for the construction of the Smart Park retail parks in Wąbrzeźno, Syców and Zgorzelec, with a rental area of ​​approximately 25,000 m², which the plan to open in half of the second of next year. We are independently conducting a commercial investment process in Olkusz, Węgrów and Pułtusk, with a total area of ​​about 15,000 m², and another shopping center project in the “convenience” format in Mława, whose implementation is planned. 2024 and 2025. – says Paweł Żerański, creator of the Smart Park network
