VIDEO: Car thieves use Range Rover Velar as a getaway car

Have you ever heard of a criminal using a 24-karat gold bar with a diamond on it to break down the front door? Probably not. The scammers in the video below misuse expensive items in their heists. The new Range Rover Velar was used as a garage door knocker. Later, RaRo was left injured and eight other cars were stolen.

It is said that a total of nine thieves entered the business area and forced entry into the safe which contained the keys. They found the keys to a Range Rover Westminster, BMW X5, Jaguar F-Type, Range Rover Sport, Porsche Macan, (other) Range Rover Velar, Land Rover Discovery and another Range Rover. According to FOX6 News more than half a million motor vehicles were removed.

Five of these vehicles have now been recovered. One of the suspects was arrested when he was spotted in a Range Rover Westminster. He tried to run, but fell. The 17-year-old told the court that he was only causing mischief. He later admitted that he had stolen RaRo. Watch below how one of his colleagues uses a Range Rover as a crash pad.
