Last week was the annual Easter trip to Moab, Utah, USA. The famous American brand Jeep participated in the event, which brought together more than 20,000 people. A great opportunity to unveil its 4 new concept models.
Bill Peffer, senior vice president and head of the Jeep brand in North America, said the event was “the perfect time to showcase their progress in electrification for the 4xe system.” There we can discover two modified Wranglers, the Gladiator and the Grand Wagoneer.
The Willys Dispatcher
The Willys Dispatcher has a 2.0-liter 4xe hybrid system (380 hp of power and an 8-speed automatic gearbox) as well as a retro design with its “Element 115 Green” color and vintage tires. The front bumper is customized in vintage style with the letters “Willys” emblazoned on the sides of the hood. Pure Jeep 4×4 updated!
Le Wrangler Down Under
This model is an homage to the Lower 40 model, unveiled in 2009, featuring a 6.4-liter V8 engine with 475 hp of power and an eight-speed automatic transmission. With its Poison Apple Red color and 42 inch mud tires, it is one of the most amazing concept models of this 2024 edition!
Le Gladiator Rubicon High Top
We’re venturing towards JPP (Jeep Performance Parts) models, which push the off-road pick-up’s performance even further. Powered by a 3.6-liter Pentastar V6 engine, mated to an eight-speed TorqueFlite automatic transmission, it will provide one of the best driving experiences for Jeep and 4×4 enthusiasts.
