Honda remains in the lead, BMW takes second place ahead of Yamaha and Triumph confirms it

If the month of February 2024 proved to be very good for the French motorcycle market, with a good increase of 4.4% in sales volume, March saw the return of a slight decrease, with 20,778 motorcycles and scooters of 125 cm3 and more sold in the period, i.e. 2.2% less than the previous year.

The general assessment that also takes into account the electric market, again in a sharp decline last March and the figures decreased by 6.5% compared to March 2023 and the amount of sales reduced by 811 equal to two tires 125 cm3 and more, including 270 provided by BMW with its CE 04 (256 units) and CE 02 (14 units).

A difficulty that the number one sales leader in France does not experience: Honda. The Japanese manufacturer remains in the lead with 4,812 registrations, including 1,090 units of the Forza 125. The victory confirms its good health and 5^th place (1,150 units), ahead of KTM which recorded 934 sales in March 2024, Suzuki, Ducati, Harley-Davidson and Royal Enfield, which entered the top 10 with 311 motorcycles sold.

In detail of the models, the Honda Forza 125 motorcycle is on top of sales in the motorcycle and motorcycle market in March 2024 with 1,090 units sold, more than double its figure from last February (521).
