2025 GMC Yukon: First photo of the next model | Car News

• GMC has shared the first photo of the next-generation 2025 GMC Yukon, undergoing a top-to-bottom facelift.

The refreshed 2025 Yukon won’t be GMC’s next model — the all-new Acadia is set to arrive on sale this spring. The revised Yukon, the flagship model of the brand, emphasizes the importance of a large SUV in the GMC lineup – and its connection to the Canadian market.

The photo shared today shows the 2025 Yukon AT4 with a refined front fascia, with redesigned headlights and grille. The interior of the 2025 Yukon will definitely see dashboard upgrades, which may mirror that of the recently updated Sierra. That will be for another round of teaser images, however.

Coincidentally, the changes coincide with the fifth anniversary of GMC’s AT4 trim, famous for its off-road capabilities, since its introduction on the Sierra 1500 in 2019.

Meanwhile, the Denali Yukon and Yukon XL models accounted for more than half of GMC Yukon sales in 2023, again underscoring the continued appeal of the top-of-the-line trim. And as it happens, 2024 also marks the 25th anniversary of the Denali trim, introduced with the Yukon Denali concept in 1999.

The 2025 GMC Yukon will be officially revealed later in 2024. Expectations will be high based on new features, design and performance capabilities, so stay tuned.
