A passenger car crashed into a concrete fence on Dewońska Street in Szewce near Kielce. The driver and passenger went to the hospital.
Emergency services were notified of the accident at around 1pm on Thursday, May 18. Firefighters, police and ambulances with paramedics rushed to the scene.
– After our arrival, it turned out that a passenger car in which two people were traveling crashed into the concrete fence of the property – said fire chief Beata Gizowska, press officer of the municipal headquarters of the State Fire Service in Kielce .
A woman and a man were out of the car and both were under the care of ambulance crews. Firefighters secured the work area, disconnected the battery from the vehicle and secured the LPG tank in the vehicle.
Police initially determined that the 19-year-old woman who was driving the Audi may not have adjusted her speed according to road conditions. “At the corner of the road, the car skidded, went off the shoulder and fell into a concrete fence. A 19-year-old girl and a passenger in the car – her age – went to the hospital for examination – explained the young candidate Małgorzata Pędzik from the Municipal Police Headquarters in Kielce.
