The Chevrolet Seeker is another crossover on the market. But you won’t buy it

Long mask, short overhangs, quite messy “look”. Yes, it’s something from America. Unfortunately, it’s not a new Camaro or Chevelle, just another crossover. The newly launched Chevrolet Seeker has a lot in common with the existing Buick Envision. The lines of both cars are almost identical, both stand on eighteen-inch wheels as usual.

And both are only available in China.

I still regret that Chevrolet has pulled out of Europe. I would like to see at least one American in Europe. Or the Chinese. Such a Chevrolet finder could find many customers, competing with, for example, Jeep Compass.

In addition to the attractive appearance (RS line in the photo) and the original color, Chevrolet Seeker is gaining customers thanks to its rich equipment. When you look inside, two 10.25″ screens catch your eye. One is the clock, the other is the multimedia system.the other is tilted 9 degrees towards the driver to facilitate touch panel control and improve visibility.

From the point of view of the Chinese market, the Chevrolet Seeker has a complete power unit. In terms of parameters, this is the most popular engine configuration in the Middle Kingdom: turbocharged 1.5. The Chevrolet unit has four cylinders and comes from the Ecotec range. Unfortunately, there are no plans to release Seeker outside of China. But there are rumors that the car may go to the United States. The Trax is old and the new model might be a more attractive alternative to the smaller Equinox or Traiblazer.
