The electric NXT Gen Cup will also debut as part of the DTM support program next season. Starts at Norisring, Nürburgring and Sachsenring have already been confirmed.

Last season, the NXT Gen Cup as part of the DTM support program excited the fans with exciting motorsport, many thin film finishes and a tough single cup game. While watching the race, many fans forgot their hatred of electric drives and were completely enthralled by the exciting action of the one-man cup race!

The NXT Gen Cup will be part of the DTM program again next year and will delight fans with its spectacular races. Starts in the support program for the Norisring, Nürburgring and Sachsenring races have already been confirmed. The end of the season will take place on the mountain and valley railway near Chemnitz. Another race, which still has to be scheduled, will also take place in Germany – another start could take place here as part of the DTM support program.

NXT Gen Cup features an arrive and drive concept, the entire season is available for €60,000 – including technical support, live broadcasts on YouTube, a comprehensive training package on sponsor relations, business economics, PR and much more.

Last year, LRT NXT1 electric racing cars were used in competitions by more than 28 drivers from eight different countries, including Sweden, Denmark, Netherlands, Czech Republic, Scotland, Germany, Latvia and Norway.

More than 37,000 kilometers and almost 6,000 laps have been covered in the last two seasons in the NXT Gen Cup by the LRT NXT electric racing cars built and developed by Lestrup Racing, providing exciting, reliable and sustainable racing.

April – Official test days – Gelleråsen Arena
TBA – Germany
04-06 July – Norisring
08-10 August – Nürburgring
22-24 August – Sachsenring

The NXT Gen Cup is not the only one-make cup for young drivers that will start in 2025 as part of the DTM. The ADAC Tourenwagen Junior Cup in the DTM environment will start in Oschersleben.
