You may remember the video of the Bugatti Veyron that ended up in a lake in 2009. The car from the famous viral video is now getting a second life.
The video was shot 14 years ago. Although at first it appeared to be an accident, the driver has now been found guilty of insurance fraud. He deliberately drove the hypercar into the water. The man has served his nine-month prison sentence.
The Bugatti Veyron gets a new lease of life
Now the Bugatti Veyron from the viral video is getting a second life. Houston Crosta of Royalty Exotic Cars purchased the car in 2021. Nothing has been done to the car in the meantime.
Houston Crosta has a lot of experience rebuilding cars and shares the entire project on his YouTube channel. Only part 1 can be seen at the moment.

A new Bugatti Veyron was around 1.8 million euros at the time. For this money you got a car with an 8.0 liter W16 and four turbos. The powerplant is good for 1,001 hp and in the Super Sport the engine even produces 1,200 hp.
