New Mazda CX-80 SUV arrives in Europe with 3 rows of seats – News and Highlights


Mazda has confirmed with a teaser video the introduction of its new flagship, the CX-80 SUV, on April 18.
A model that will be placed in the upper part of this segment with about five meters and a wheelbase of more than three meters, and above all with the possibility of requesting (with the seven-seat version) a set of living rooms and two seats in the second row.
The second car after the CX-60 to be built on Mazda’s Grand Design platform, the CX-80 is the Hiroshima-based company’s largest car ever to hit the European market and will go on sale from autumn 2024, with pre-sales. starting in May.
In the few pictures that are in the video (however you can notice the design is traditional for the latest Mazda SUVs.
And that the rear line of the car confirms the design aimed at providing maximum accommodation for the occupants of the third row of seats.
Mazda did not reveal any details on the characteristics of the new CX-80 SUV, saying however that the vehicle will be “spacious, comfortable, practical and pleasant to drive” combining “a progressive design rooted in Japanese aesthetics with advanced technology and services, including and performance typical of every Mazda”.
