The new Nissan Juke 2023-2024 has confirmed a complete or near-renew of one of the most popular compact SUVs.

The Nissan Juke, a compact SUV that made its debut in 2010, is currently undergoing a mid-cycle overhaul for the 2023-2024 model years. While a complete redesign is not yet on the horizon, this distinctive vehicle continues to captivate with its compact size, modern interior, and impressive performance. The Juke offers a pleasant driving experience, thanks to its agility and maneuverability in tight spaces. Let’s delve into what we can expect from this upcoming iteration.

As one of the most popular SUVs, the new Nissan Juke 2023-2024 is set to retain its signature characteristics. Built on the Renault-Nissan CMF-B platform, this compact SUV showcases a one-of-a-kind design, instantly recognizable by its striking appearance and sloping roofline. Notably, the high rear spoiler and large wheel arches will remain unchanged.

Recent rumors have suggested that the Juke might undergo a mid-cycle facelift, potentially incorporating more electrification options. While a Full Hybrid variant with 145 HP has already been confirmed, there are talks of a possible introduction of a Plug-In Hybrid Edition with a total power output of 160 HP. Furthermore, in 2025, Nissan plans to introduce the new e-Power electric propulsion configuration to the Juke model. The new Juke will feature the 12V mild hybrid technology of the three-cylinder 1.0 DIG-T petrol engine, as well as the 48V hybrid technology of the other three-cylinder 1.2 DIG-T petrol engine.

As the Nissan Juke enjoys its status as one of the most popular SUVs, the 2023-2024 model will retain its aggressive and sporty design, albeit with minor updates such as new wheel options, packages, and color choices. While potential changes to the front fascia are expected, the compact crossover will continue to provide ample interior space and a satisfactory level of comfort, though it doesn’t aim for luxury. The infotainment system will be updated, offering an enhanced range of features compared to its predecessor.

Internally, the configuration and layout of the Juke will remain unchanged, allowing it to comfortably accommodate up to five passengers. The new Juke will also incorporate the latest safety equipment, although some of these advanced systems may be optional.

The Nissan Juke 2023-2024 will be available with various engine options, with the hybrid powertrain anticipated to be the most popular choice. Customers can choose between front-wheel drive and all-wheel drive configurations.

The Juke will continue to be equipped with a seven-speed automatic transmission, without any major mechanical alterations. With an expected price of approximately 21,000 euros, Nissan aims to maintain its competitive position in this highly contested segment with the release of the new Juke model.
