The new Dacia Duster will be the prime minister’s car. Modest but unique

No expensive limos. The new Dacia Duster will be the official car of the head of state. Not Polish, of course, but Romanian. This declaration was made by the Prime Minister of this country.

Politicians love luxury and money. In Poland, the previous government had more official cars than ambulances in the whole country, and the highest officials drove cars worth millions of zlotys. This will not be in Romania. The local government intends to reduce its interest in this matter and switch to Dacia.

The Prime Minister of Romania, Marcel Ciolacu tested the new Dacia Duster a few days ago and announced that this SUV will be a state car, just like “in France, French cars are a state car and an official car. French dignitaries also use Citroën cars , Peugeot and DS.

“From now on, the Romanian government and the Romanian Prime Minister will use only one brand, namely Dacia. The Romanian state brand has to be our main car supplier. We want to set an example for everyone that you can act with moderation and be more responsible. We have our car and we are proud of it.” – said the Prime Minister.

Dacia announces that it will prepare a special edition for the Prime Minister – maybe would benefit from the students’ idea of a slightly enlarged model (6 meters instead of 4!), which is long. It is worth noting that Dacia also has experience in building armored Dusters, as it produces them also a military version.
