The new Volkswagen ID.7 GTX 2024: an electric sports car

Volkswagen has said it again and again: every model ID. it will have a GTX performance version. After the ID.4 and ID.5 SUVs, the ID.7 sedan, the latest member of the all-electric family, will be the next to be released in a sports version under this brand. Aesthetically, Volkswagen GTX are known for the exterior details in glossy black and the interior in red. ID.7 will be no exception. Like other GTXs, the German sedan with these three letters will have four wheel drive. Whether it will be the same 299PS as the ID.4 and ID.5 GTX remains to be seen, or whether the new model’s powertrain will include the previously announced 286PS engine for the ID.7 rear-wheel drive variant.
