What do we know about “Thunder”

“Thunder” will tell the story of a group of criminals hired by the US government as a special task force.

The stars of “Thunder” will be Florence Pugh (as Yelena Belova) and Sebastian Stan (as the Winter Soldier). They will be joined by David Harbor (as Red Guardian), Wyatt Russell (as American Agent), Hannah John-Kamen (as Ghost), Olga Kurylenko (as Taskmaster) and Julia Louis-Dreyfus (as Valentina Allegra de Fontaine). The cast also includes Harrison Ford, who will replace William Hurt as Thaddeus Ross.

TV veteran Jake Schreier (“Kidding”, “Shameless”) will be at the helm of the project. The original screenplay was written by Eric Pearson, with revisions by Lee Sung Jin (Brawler, Dave).

The film will be the final title of the so-called Phase Five of the MCU. As of now, the film is slated to hit theaters on July 26, 2024.
