With the compact SUV EX30, Volvo continues its commitment to electric mobility. Following the C40 Recharge and XC40 Recharge models, the new EX30 is also said to reduce CO2 emissions by 25 percent over its lifetime. The use of a large part of recycled plastic, aluminum and steel, which is used for the construction of the body, contributes to this. Another commonality in terms of sustainability concerns interior design. Depending on the decoration chosen, a combination of recycled and recyclable materials are used: linen spun from the flax plant, recycled denim fibers, plastic waste from discarded window frames and PET bottles or Nordico’s organic materials made from for Swedish and Finnish pine oil.
The new Volvo EX30 is available in three drive versions, two battery sizes and three equipment lines. You can choose from batteries with 51 or 69 KWh, one or two motors as well as the “Core”, “Plus” and “Ultra” equipment lines.
