The building’s largely transparent facade creates a fluid transition between interior and exterior, with boundaries deliberately kept to a minimum to maintain a sense of space. Throughout the sales and service journey, the combination of spatial design, creative processes and seamlessly integrated digital systems transforms the showroom into a true brand experience. Dynamic video content is displayed on eighteen large digital screens, the largest of which is 2m x 7.2m. Capable of displaying a variety of presentation formats, these screens can be used to display vehicles in a showroom.

In the dealership’s public areas, every feature is designed to enhance customer interaction with vehicles. Management tasks are reduced or simplified through integrated digital systems, allowing customers to enjoy the world’s most convenient vehicles without distraction or interruption. The retail concept combines traditional in-person interactions with services and digital touch points that centralize information, resulting in a seamless and efficient experience for everything from sales to financing to maintenance and repairs.

The Mercedes-Benz Toronto Queensway Center has 35 service stations, including 7 in the dedicated van and combing area. It also has infrastructure for charging electric vehicles, including 21 Level 2 chargers (9.6 kW) and three Level 3 fast chargers (62.5 kW).

Lafleur is passionate about sharing his story to show that anyone, regardless of their background, can succeed by following their dreams.
