Two Charged With Shoplifting At Ulta: Newtown Township Police Report

Two individuals have been charged with shoplifting at Ulta Beauty, located in Newtown Township, Pennsylvania. According to the Newtown Township Police report, the two suspects were apprehended while attempting to steal merchandise from the store.

The first accused is a 20-year-old female from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, who was charged with the misdemeanors of Retail Theft, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and False Identification to Law Enforcement. The second accused is a 21-year-old male from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, who was charged with the felonies of Conspiracy to Commit Retail Theft and Criminal Trespass.

The Newtown Township Police report states that the suspects attempted to steal a variety of items from the store, including makeup, fragrances, and other beauty-related products. In addition, the report states that the female suspect had a bag of drug paraphernalia in her possession.

The Newtown Township Police Department, in conjunction with Ulta Beauty personnel, apprehended the two suspects in the store’s parking lot. Both suspects were transported to the Newtown Township Police Station for processing.

The two suspects are currently awaiting a court hearing to determine the outcome of their charges. If found guilty, they will face fines, jail time, and other penalties.
