Two fire trucks being handed over in a ceremony to the firefighters

With the participation of firefighters, TSO droogs from Koło and Chodów and many guests arrived, the summary meeting of KP PSP activities in Koło for 2022 was held in the common room of the State Fire Brigade in Koło. His main highlight was the official handing over of two fire trucks to the Koło firefighters.

The meeting, which took place yesterday, February 28, at the headquarters of the KP PSP in Koło s.it was made up of two parts. In the first commander, senior brig. Krzysztof Żurawik presented a report on the activities of the District Headquarters of the State Fire Service in Koło in 2022 and described the direction of this year’s activities. In the second, it happened ceremony of handing over and dedication of fire engines for the Koło unit.

Last year, the Poviat Headquarters of the State Fire Service in Koło purchased a special Isuzu D-Max search and rescue vehicle worth PLN 194,955. The vehicle was purchased with funds from the Regional Fund for Environmental Protection and Water Management in Poznań in the amount of PLN 99,955, State Forestry – Koło Forest District – PLN 10,000 and Koło County – PLN 85,000.

Also last year, the Poviat Headquarters of the State Fire Service in Koło received a Volvo 4×4 medium fire rescue vehicle from the Regional Headquarters of the State Fire Service in Poznań. The total value of the car is PLN 978,957, and its purchase was made with funds from the National Fund for Environmental Protection and Water Management in the amount of PLN 411,043, Koło County – PLN 100,000.00, Chodów district – PLN 200,000. Wielkopolskie Voivodeship – PLN 260,000,

Deputy Commander of the Wielkopolska Region of the State Fire Service, Brig. Robert Natunewicz thanked the Koło firefighters and the employees of public service organizations for their service. The invited guests also positively evaluated the work of Koło firefighters and expressed their gratitude for the activities of the command last year.
