USC Men’s Golf Returns To Arizona For N.I.T. In Tucson

The USC Trojans men’s golf team will be returning to the desert for the 2021 National Invitational Tournament (NIT) in Tucson, Arizona, a venue they last visited in 2019. This highly anticipated event will take place from April 5-7 at the Omni Tucson National Resort and is expected to draw some of the nation’s top collegiate golfers.

The Trojans are no strangers to the NIT, having made back-to-back appearances in the tournament in 2017 and 2018. During those two years, they earned runner-up finishes both times, falling just short of capturing the championship. This year, they are hopeful that the third time will be the charm.

The Trojans will be led by senior Justin Suh, who is coming off a career-best season in which he was the runner-up at the 2019 Pac-12 Championship and was named the conference’s Player of the Year. He has been a steady leader for the Trojans all season long, and his experience in the desert could be a key factor in the team’s success.

The Trojans will also be looking to their supporting cast to step up. Senior Sean Crocker and sophomore Cole Madey have both had strong seasons, and the team will need them to be at their best if they are to have a chance at the championship.

The NIT will be a grueling test for the Trojans, as they will face some of the best teams in the country. However, they have the talent and the experience to make a run at the title. All eyes will be on Tucson to see if the Trojans can finally break through and capture the championship they have been chasing for the past two years.
