Let’s go back to the end of the 2024 season, with some great names on the honor roll. Porsche Sprint Challenge Southern Europe 2024 crowned its champions in Barcelona at the beginning of March. Ariel Levi (Team GP Elite) and Robert Sulma (Proton Huber Competition) became the 2024 winners in the Sports Category and the Club Category respectively. Levi also became the new champion in the PRO class and Sulma in the AM class, while Alexander Reimann (EST1 Racing) was the champion in the PRO-AM class. Finally, Graham King took the title in the GT4 class.

“We have had a great 2024 season in terms of sport and organisation,” says Series Manager Lars Plato. “Detailed communication with the teams also ensured that the preparation work for the 2025 calendar is going well and we considered as much as possible the wishes of the teams, which is undoubtedly the basis of our championship. And the 2025 calendar is actually a continuation of 2024. Stability and continuity, so to speak. Please note, there is one important novelty, but this is not about the race weekend, but the official test meeting on December 2 and 3 in Estoril. The option for the Portuguese circuit is a well-considered option. Estoril is one kilometer away from Lisbon, with its international airport and of course the city itself also offers many options, not least in terms of hotels and restaurants.

The test days on December 2 and 3 in Estoril give the teams a great opportunity to prepare for the upcoming season of the Porsche Sprint Challenge in Southern Europe, but also for other Porsche competitions, and of course to make decisions towards the 2025 season to have the opportunity to test and new buyers here and buyers have the opportunity to get to know the new team before signing their contracts for the coming winter and summer.

After the test days in Estoril, the year-end break follows, with the Christmas and New Year period, followed by the season opener at the Autódromo do Algarve in Portimão on January 18 and 19. Two weeks later, the race will take place at the Estoril circuit , after which the teams and drivers will head to Spain for the second half of the competition, which is February 21 and 22 in Valencia and February 28 and March 1 for the final. in Barcelona.
