The head of the Citroen brand visits more dealers in France. What is Thierry Koskas talking about? | French.pl

Last week, Thierry Koskas, head of the Citroën brand, visited the following dealers in France. This is a continuation of the meetings started last year after the letter that the businessmen sent to Stellantis to inform about many errors that hinder the sales process.

On Friday, Thierry Koskas, head of the Citroën brand of the Stellantis group, visited one of the oldest French dealers, the Vauban group. The company’s first showroom was established in 1922, based in Saint Germain en Laye. The Vauban Group currently has 22 showrooms for the Citroën, DS Automobiles, Peugeot, Toyota, Seat and Cupra brands. Among its many services, it offers new and used car sales, financing, insurance, mechanical repair, body and paint, and leasing for DS Automobiles.

The purpose of the meeting with the management board of Vauban was to discuss improving the cooperation processes between the traders and Stellantis. Topics discussed include sales planning, financing, vendor contracts, stock management techniques, pricing and advertising policy, and housing.

This is a continuation of the series of meetings that started last year after the trade association sent a letter to the headquarters of Stellantis to inform about the defect. The case became public knowledge and provoked reactions from the company’s management. Carlos Tavares, head of the whole concern, participated in some meetings with businessmen in France. The result was the definition of a list of problems and issues requiring improvement.

This time it will be Pole, a man previously associated with Renault.
