Hanover – In a An accident Two people died near Hanover on Sunday morning.
Early Sunday morning, the driver of a Mazda on the K135 road between Sehnde-Evern and Lehrte-Ramhorst drove his car from the left side of the road and hit a tree, police reported at noon.
According to preliminary findings from the Hanover Road Accident Service, the driver was traveling northbound on the county road around 12:20 p.m.
The 21-year-old passenger was thrown out of the car due to the violence and the driver was trapped inside the car.

Rescue workers were alerted by one of the occupants through the fall detection on a smartphone. Unfortunately it was too late: When they arrived, the Mazda was on fire and both men were dead.
The district road was closed until 7:40 p.m. for rescue operations and accident investigation. The investigation into the cause of the accident is still ongoing and the identity of the driver has not yet been made public.
