Ascoli.- The Vinci road on the A14 road in the Cupra Marittima section, towards Pescara, will reopen on April 24th. Traffic in the area had been stopped to repair the damage caused by the fire following a collision between two large vehicles and a bus, which occurred on April 4.

One person died in the accident and eleven were injured. Today, the Traffic Steering Committee was held in Ascoli in the State, where the company Autostrade per l’Italia committed with the local institutions to carry out the necessary measures to allow the restoration of transport inside the Win tunnel by the morning of April 24.

At the same time, the Head of Ascoli Sante Capponi invited all the bodies and offices present at the meeting to continue the activities. Of monitoring, control and management of the part of the road to allow, during the closure of the tunnel (direction Pescara), a First Aid in the case of the need to protect traffic safety.
