Wunderlich: Vario top bag for BMW R 1300 GS

The canvas bag, with a system similar to the military spring system, is made for the cover of the upper Vario case, which is connected using closing rings and four Velcro fasteners.

It offers nine liters of space in the main compartment and is equipped with durable and durable CORDURA TrueLock fabric. Their padding is hard and protects the contents safely, preventing deformation even at high speeds. The contrast blue finish ensures high visibility of the contents, while the zippers are, as usual, waterproof and easy to hold.

The new CORDURA TrueLock fabric is made of durable 6.6 nylon fibers that are extruded. This continuous process essentially “captures” the dye within the fibers.

This makes all subsequent dyeing and washing processes completely unnecessary. The process developed by INVISTA (inventor of CORDURA material) to produce CORDURA TrueLock thus saves resources, uses less water and energy, while increasing strength and stiffness. This fabric resists wear and tear, UV rays and retains its color for years.
