Edwin John Bollinger, 82, of Glen Allen died Saturday, March 30, 2024 at StoneBridge Senior Living in Marble Hill.
He was born January 17, 1942 in Sedgewickville to Everett Bollinger and Eula (Nelson) Bollinger.
He and Iva (Shipley) Bollinger were married in Grassy.
He served in the National Guard.
She was Gilster Truck Driver Mary Lee.
He was a member of the Sedgewickville Methodist Church.

Edwin enjoyed spending the day tending his herd of cattle, then relaxing at home with an old western movie. He loved long drives, and many knew he was a history buff.

Survivors include three sons, Matthew (Heather) Bollinger of Sedgewickville; Terry Bollinger of Jackson, Adam Bollinger of East Prairie; daughter, Anita (Mike) Hamilton of Wentzville; two brothers, Carl (Janet) Bollinger of Patton, Elmer (Pat) Bollinger; and four grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by Father, Everett Bollinger; Mother, Eula (Nelson) Bollinger; Wife, Iva (Shipley) Bollinger; Sister, Katherine Bollinger; and Brother, Frank Bollinger.

Visitation was Thursday, April 4, 2024 at Ford & Liley Funeral Home in Patton.
